I just visited Rouen, the drive from Paris is nice, but I almost found Rouen to be as busy as Paris. It’s a nice city with beautiful vista’s and cathedrals. There are lots of retail boutique shopping and the prices are pretty reasonable. I don’t know about Provins, but if it is a little quieter and more village like, then I would like to visit Provins.

Is this true? I definitely had to try using a September fare, because it doesn’t go further than 3 months. (my plan is somewhere in October) Is the ticket really that expensive? Thanks!
