Managed to score a decently priced apartment in London that saved me quite a bit.

You do take a little more of a risk when you rent “by owner” but sometimes you have to have a little faith in your fellow man.
The sites I listed do a good job of keeping away the bad/fraudulent owners and I would only be cautions when using Craigslist (although many agencies list their properties on craigslist).

What if the owner doesnt show with your deposit money on check out day? Will u take his fridge or TV with u? I dont think so. I prefer agency rentals, safe, and better service. Keep up the blogging!
