Try here: https://www.discountbikerental.nl/ — I think it’s around $10 for a day but it might be a little higher for 24 hours. Where did you find bike rentals for that cheap? I’m going to Europe this summer with my girlfriend and we looked online for bike rentals, they were all aroun 20 dollars a day.
